This is just a note to say I was very impressed with Adam J (full surname unknown) when he attended my property on the 8th August. He was quick to get set up and provided useful explanations of what was going on and what elements he would be trying to resolve the issue. I think in the end he had probably gone above and beyond his initial remit.
